How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large productions, booking 2–6 months in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date. For photoshoots, special events, and other services, availability may be possible on shorter notice, depending on the schedule.
What brands do you use?
A mix of premium, professional-grade brands chosen for skin-friendly formulas, long wear and true-to-camera color — adapted to your skin type and the occasion.
Do you travel to my location?
Yes — on-location service is available across Istanbul, with travel further afield arranged case by case for weddings and productions.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean, moisturized skin and clean dry hair. Bring reference photos and, for events, a photo of your outfit so the look can be coordinated.
How does payment work?
A deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment. Details are confirmed together when booking.
What's included in your film & production services?
On-set touch-ups, continuity between takes, and a kit suited to HD and 4K cameras, coordinated directly with your production schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, but appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least two weeks' notice.
